Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and with its original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required.
Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.
2. Requesting a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at e-mail or visit (website) Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3 .For online prepaid:
Credit charge of 2.5% percent of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason and if shipped and returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.
4. It takes 7 to 10 days for a refund in credit card.
Wallet refund will be done within a working day upon the order’s return to the warehouse.
5. Damages and Issues:
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
